Qui aurait, à sa naissance du côté d’Abomey, ancienne capitale du royaume du Dahomey, osé clamer que vingt-deux ans plus tard, Noah ferait partie des réalisateurs émergents les plus originaux et prometteurs de la la région parisienne ? Qui aurait pu prédire que, Noah, muni de ses simples et si rudimentaires armes de combat (un smartphone, quelques applications), proposerait un travail invité aux plus grands festivals et biennales de cinéma ?
